“The purpose of the Wantastiquet Trout Club is cultivating and propagating fish; establishing and maintaining ponds and preserves therefore; erecting, maintaining, and managing parks and picnic grounds and doing a general hotel business; and acquiring, by purchase or otherwise, owning, holding and managing all such real and personal property, and doing and performing any and all acts necessary, incident and convenient thereto.”
